housing complex benefits
individuals and families working
in the agriculture, dairy, food
processing, and nursery
industries, earning 50% or less
of the Salem area median family
income.

The Housing and Urban Development Advisory Committee (HUDAC ) is made up of community representatives who advise the City on funding projects with CDBG and HOME funds . These funds are allocated to the City by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development and used in housing and community/economic development projects to benefit low income communities. |
