• Create and maintain computer databases for the stormwater program.
• Development of future discharge limits and compliance issues.
• Maintain and update business historical files for compliance and tracking issues.
• Maintain and update the stormwater information reference library

• Equipment maintenance and procurement.
• Perform level-1 property site assessments for acquisition of property by the City.
• Respond to land use compatibility issues related to environmental permitting.
• Project management for Leaking Underground Storage Tanks  in the City right-of-way.
• Respond to and investigate found contamination in the City right-of-way.
• Collect and submit samples for analysis from streams, spill sites, and other applicable sources.

• Stormwater sampling for compliance with the City's NPDES Storm Water Permit.
• Response to citizen complaints and customer inquiries.
• Sanitary sewer service line overflow investigation and reporting.
• Sample collection, Post Warning Signs, disinfect, notification, and reporting.
• Respond to Medical Waste issues for hazard removal and mitigation.
• Provide public information through community outreach programs and other applicable programs.
