- Respond to land use compatibility issues related to environmental permitting.
- Project management for Leaking Underground Storage Tanks in the City right-of-way.
- Respond to and investigate found contamination in the City right-of-way.
- Collect and submit samples for analysis from streams, spill sites, and other applicable sources.

- Stormwater sampling for compliance with the City's NPDES Storm Water Permit.
- Response to citizen complaints and customer inquiries.
- Sanitary sewer service line overflow investigation and reporting.
