HUD Rental Housing

HUD rental housing is privately owned or managed and subsidized directly through the private landlord and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Some of the properties are 100% subsidized, some of them have a mix of subsidized units as well as market rate units, and some allow the use of a Housing Choice Voucher.  Each property manages its own waiting list and vacancies.  Contact private landlords directly to find out more about how to apply for these housing opportunities.
