For parents with infants and toddlers through 30 months, these 30-minute programs include simple stories, songs, fingerplays, and other activities.

Brainy Babies - Bebés Super-Inteligentes

Scientists have discovered that learning multiple languages is best started during infancy. Babies from birth through 12 months are invited to bring an adult to a bilingual babytime every Wednesday. Adults do not need to speak Spanish to participate.

Los científicos han descubierto que aprender múltiples idiomas se empieza mejor durante la infancia. Los bebés de entre el nacimiento y 12 meses son invitados a traer un adulto a Cuentos Bilingües para Bebés todos los miércoles a la 1:30 p.m. empezando el 5 de julio. Los adultos no necesitan hablar ingles para participar.

Offering a half hour of stories and a special craft for ages 2 1/2 to 6. Sign-ups are not necessary.

Families - All Ages

Family Bedtime Storytime
7 p.m. Tuesdays
Central Library - Children's Activity Room

Children of all ages are invited for 30 minutes of stories, songs, and films. Children may come in PJs and bring a teddy bear or other bedtime companion.

Families are invited to a storytime that will be conducted in Spanish. The programs will include stories and songs for children of all ages.
